This are a not-so-complete list of the many cel galleries I visit. I tried to list as many galleries that have Utena cels as I could. I hope you enjoy!

Anime Online - Some very nice movie Juri cels as far as Utena goes - their Shamanic Princess section is to die for though!
Atiya's Cel Gallery - Atiya has some very nice shots of Utena, including one from Episode 39!
Jcaliff.net - I never knew there were cels out there of Miki with his stopwatch - check it out!
Key's Cel Gallery - What a collection! I have spent some time on Key's site - she has such a beautiful collection. Of course, I usually frequent the Utena section, but the rest of her collection is also incredible.
Kirin's Cel Gallery - Kirin sold me my first two Utena cels waaay back in the day. I just love oogling some of her rare Utena cels.
Pasiphae's Cel Gallery - I love Pasiphae's Rose Bride cel and the Octopus cels she has - defninitely worth a look!
Trebuchet's Cel Gallery - Trebuchet has two very cute Utena cels from episode 3 in the pink party dress & some shadow girl cels!

Rubberslug Galleries - Utena cel galleries on Rubberslug that I can't get enough of.

Acetate Addiction - Their cel of Anthy as the Rose Bride is just beautiful. Plus the Sailor Moon section here & is one I visit often.
Arrex's Cel Tower - A definitive Utena collection! Arrex has some extremely unique pieces and a number of Juri cels. This is one that I visit often
Carochoco - I love the cels of Juri dueling in this collection!
Crystal Rose - A joint collection that houses some very nice Utena pieces - I just love their Anthy from the last episode!
Debeye's Cel Gallery - Very unique cels in this collection - I especially like the Young Utena & Dios here.
Drakonia's Cel Lair - Drakonia's gallery was my inspiration for starting a cel gallery on Rubberslug and she helped me get started collecting by letting me buy a couple of cels that I'm still marvelling over. Please check out her MKR collection - I just love the Lantis/Primera Opening cel she has!
Duelist Kozue's Gallery - Check out the Miki/Kozue pre-duel pan cel from episode 26! Simply amazing!
Gessakai - A very nice Touga profile & movie Dios in this collection. Love the sketches of Nanami's friends!
Purity Cels - Bri's Utena collection is coming along very nicely! I highly recommend checking out her Catsy section in Sailor Moon as well.
Shade's Cel Gallery - A very nice Utena collection - love, love the Akio cel in this collection!
The Snake's Den - Snakeskii has a very nice cel of the rose bride and a beautiful A1 cel from the sword-pull scene in the second half of the series.
